There is a Dollar General down the road. It is convenient for picking up needed items. Publix is just 5 miles down the road in Enterprise.

It has a big yard on a hilltop. Plenty of room for children to play. It is already fenced in on two sides. So if you wanted to complete the fencing, you are halfway there!

It is just the right distance from Enterprise for a quiet neighborhood, but close enough for the convenience of running to town for errands.

New Brockton Elementary and New Brockton High School are both within walking distance, especially New Brockton High School. If you have children that are school age, you will not have to travel far for practice, games, or other after school activities.

There is a gas line up to the house if you want to install a gas stove in the kitchen or an outdoor gas kitchen.

We enjoy taking our dogs to the Henderson Park for walking and exercise. Henderson Park is just right down the road. We also take the dogs to BamaJam Farms for walks. BamaJam Farms is about 2 miles away. We like the convince of having a great restaurant, Frogz, so close. There are several local churches in the area and some are within walking distance.

The utilities is with Alabama Power. The utility bill is roughly $100 a month. The house is on city water and sewer with New Brockton Water Department. The water/sewer/trash bill is roughly $50 a month. Our cable is with TimeWarner.
